Good to get out for a pre-work session but it was a bit grey and I wasn't sure how much water there was to start so it took a while to feel settled. By then it was time to go to work.

I saw a kite surfer come over from Aberdovey and a windsurfer in the distance very briefly but apart from that there were a few dog walkers.
